i am going to give you a few pointers to boost your chance of being a staff member here at smite scape.

1. be active ingame and forums
2. be nice to new members and try get them to stay
3. answer any questions that new members
4. vote daily [ i will also add voting rewards ]
5. get your friends to play. more players = better chance you have
6. having me on msn and skype helps
